How a session works

Three roles, one secure link.

**1. Workshop Client** The Client app runs next to the car and VCI. The shop enters the job code and approves the session.

**2. Secure bridge** The cloud portal pairs Client and Engineer over an encrypted WebSocket bridge — live status, not email screenshots.

**3. Engineer Server** The engineer logs in, attaches to the job, and drives OEM diagnostics remotely through the Server agent.
