Quick guidance for engineers and workshops using Fast OTA Diag. For account or billing issues, use the Contact page.
Getting started
1) Create or sign in to your engineer account and verify your email.
2) Open License to redeem an activation code or purchase a subscription.
3) Download Client (workshop) and Server (engineer) packages from Downloads.
4) Create a New Diagnostic Job, share the connection code with the workshop, wait for Client approval, then attach and start the bridge from the Server app.
Documentation
Use Docs for setup guides. Prefer ZIP packages over bare executables if Windows SmartScreen blocks installers — follow the unblock instructions in the package.
Session safety
Keep connection codes private. Confirm the correct vehicle before programming. End the session when finished. Emergency stop is available when a session must be halted immediately.
